Subdivisions filling in the north side
Murraysville has grown into a wall of neighborhoods along North College Road, and infill building never really stops. A new home on a cleared lot, an addition, or a pool build takes a single standard unit on the driveway or the construction entrance, with a handwashing station for the crew. On a small multi-lot job an ADA accessible unit keeps a shared site compliant while work is underway.
Schools and youth sports round out the demand. A field day, a fall festival, or a Saturday tournament wants standard units near the crowd, a handwashing station by the concessions, and an ADA accessible unit at the entrance so every family and grandparent can use it comfortably.
Setting up on infill lots
Infill placement is about being neat between finished homes. We set the unit on the driveway or a graded pad, keep the door turned away from the occupied houses next door, and leave room for the material trucks. The fast-draining sandy soil common on this side of town firms up quickly but goes soft in a hard rain, so we choose a higher, level spot that holds.
For a school or park event we place the cluster off the active fields and out of the parking loop, where families walk to it without crossing traffic. Where a placement sits near a public sidewalk or right-of-way on College Road, a permit may apply and the host or builder should check with New Hanover County ahead of time.
Servicing homes and events
Home builds here run on a monthly service schedule sized to the crew, and we scale the count as a project moves from slab to finish, then pull the unit the same week the job closes. For a one-day event we deliver the day before and collect the day after, and for a multi-day tournament we add a service run so the final day stays as clean as the first.
